Report a bug or request a feature¶

Bugs and feature requests are tracked on GitHub Issues — this is the fastest way to reach the maintainers and is open to everyone.

Product plugins/tools: open an issue on the Issues tab of the relevant repository under the RAGcon GitHub organisation. For the Moodle RAGflow Suite, use the repository of the affected plugin (provider, tutor, search, helpdesk, or dashboard).

Make your report actionable

Please include the product/plugin version, your platform version (e.g. Moodle 5.x, PHP, database), clear steps to reproduce, and any error details. On a failed chat, administrators and users with the appropriate capability can expand Details to copy the technical cause (e.g. HTTP 502) — that speeds up diagnosis a lot.
